2025 course launch
We are excited to announce the launch of a specialized training course in 2025, focusing on the art of crafting high-quality, locally made gelato. This program will be conducted at La Dolce Vita’s kitchen, aiming to equip individuals with new skills in gelato production, thereby opening up exceptional employment opportunities.
Upon successful completion of the course, outstanding participants may have the chance to join the La Dolce Vita family. This could involve working at one of our existing locations or even opening a new branch under the La Dolce Vita name, depending on their proficiency and mastery of gelato-making techniques.

- Fresh milk and cream
- High-quality nuts (Piedmont hazelnuts, pistachios)
- 100% real chocolate
- Fresh/frozen fruits (sorbet)
- Natural yogurt
